Bosun Jeje, a former commissioner for housing in Lagos, passed away on Saturday morning at his home in Magodo, Lagos. Senator Gbenga Ashafa expressed his condolences.
This was said in a message of sympathy sent by Ashafa, the managing director of the Federal Housing Authority, on Sunday in Lagos.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Jeje previously served as the housing commissioner for the state of Lagos under former governor Babatunde Fashola.
The bereaved family and the whole Lagos state All Progressives Congress (APC) community received condolences from Ashafa, the recently-retired senator from the Lagos East Senatorial District.
He referred to Jeje as a brother and friend in addition to being a coworker.
The multidimensional Jeje, who passed away recently, was well-known for his work in the public sector as a lawyer, banker, philanthropist, and businessman.His term as a commissioner, during which he demonstrated his knowledge and commitment in tackling the housing issues faced by the people of Lagos state, left a lasting impression

“Bosun was an honorable guy and a technocrat who devoted his life to enhancing our beloved state of Lagos. He was a loyal ally who always worked to advance Lagos State.
Ashafa sent out his prayers for the Jeje family at this time of loss and sadness, asking Allah Ta’ala for comfort and fortitude to get through this trying time.
He prayed with other mourners for Bosun Jeje’s soul to rest in peace forever.
NAN reports that Jeje was buried on Saturday night at the Ikoyi Cemetery in Lagos.
